    I really needed a simple black "church dress" because I tend to buy skirts and dresses in the boho style. Sometimes it just doesn't feel right, especially for solemn occasions. Boho says "fun" and not every event is fun is it? Anyway, this dress is perfect. It fits nicely, looks good and the price is very reasonable. The fabric is soft and it is what I believe jersey is supposed to be. I don't like the tee shirt material posing for jersey. The fabric has enough substance to drape nicely, it is smooth on the inside and has stretch. This is a boatneck, but not so wide it shows bra straps or falls off the shoulder. The dress is unlined, it doesn't need one. It would be cute with boots n the winter. This dress might be nice for an interview or important meeting. It's a winner.

    Item as described. I followed sizing and measurements and got an XL even though I normally wear a 12. I wanted it roomy through the arms and it is perfect – stretchiness is just enough so it doesn't hang too loosely. Comfortable in summer heat for me because I like 3/4 sleeves. Nice swinginess to appearance.

    I ordered two of these dresses. One in basic black and the other one was navy with a floral print. I love the fabric and the style and the fit. I love the black dress. But the navy dress with a floral print didn't show up. Instead I was shipped a dress with Christmas candy canes on it. So that's why I'm giving only four stars instead of five. I kept the black dress and returned the candy cane dress. Such a shame because I really was looking forward to that navy dress for the floral print. I really can't understand how anybody can mistake a candy cane dress for a floral print.
