What a great dress! Instantly love! Wore this all day, the first time wearing it, and it's incredibly comfortable – and – received compliments! This will be worn on repeat, I'm already certain of that. I really like the neckline and the style of the straps – levels it up a bit from a casual summer dress. Pairs really nicely with a short cardigan or dressier jacket. Great lightweight material for warm weather – but at the same time it's substantial, it holds its shape and it's flimsy at all. Very versatile as it can change the look with a jacket, sweater, accessories. Great for travel!
BRA WITH: Needs a bra with thinner straps. I wore it with nip shields only, and everything held up well. For anyone needing a supportive bra, that can be worn with this dress if the bra straps are on the narrow side, to fit well under the dress straps.
SIZE/FIT: I have this in my usual size medium and it fits great. The hemline is just immediately below my knees (I'm 5'4" tall); I like dresses that are just slightly above my knee – that was an easy fix with some hem tape. Fits great at the waist and bustline. Skirt is full but not overly full or too snug – it's just right. For reference I'm 5'4" tall, 36B Bust, about 170#, and carry my weight in my hips and backside. I wear size Medium in dresses and tops, Large in most pants, and 12 in jeans.
